We just LOVE the Bloggers' Cafe!

Bloggers cafe rocks because if you want to blog you do not have to wait because at the bloggers cafe you can give up your play time and blog at second break. Bloggers cafe rocks because its fun,fun,fun and more fun.

WE ARE ALL LEARNERS

We are all learners. I like learning aspecialy with Mrs M. Mrs M is a nice teacher and she's a learner too.
We are all reflective learners.

We think about our learning and we blog about it.And we all learn from each over no mater where we are all around the world.


I have a PLN - a Personal Learning Network. That means I have people of all ages at school, at home and in other places around the world that I learn from and I help with their learning too.

OUR POSTERS

This is the poster that Noah, one of Mrs M's 'old' Gems made to tell everyone in the school about the Bloggers Cafe.
With the help of Keely and Luke (and Mrs A in the Library), he had the posters printed and laminated, then put up around the school.

Mrs M was away sick last week. She certainly got a big surprise when she came back and saw all the posters around the school!

ANOTHER BLOG IS BORN!

There's nothing quite like the excitement of a new blog being born.
Fabulous teaching and learning was taking place in the Bloggers Cafe today.

IT'S ALL HAPPENING IN THE BLOGGERS CAFE

Our Bloggers Cafe is three days old and already we have had around 30 kids in the cafe each day!

We can't wait for the bell to ring to start our snack break. We grab a macbook and head down to Mrs M's room. Some of us bring a camera too, so that we can take pictures.

Of course, we LOVE using Mrs M's Flip cameras, iTouch, iPhone and iPad too!

We've been having lots of fun blogging and helping each other. Mrs M let's us direct our own learning.

We never want the bell to ring!

Welcome to the Bloggers Cafe, a space where, the in words of Keely, one of our Year Three students, the digi-kids come to play!




The Bloggers Cafe is a space (my classroom) where students, currently from Years 2-7 can come during a lunch hour, three times a week to blog, network, mentor and learn.


SJV has many students who are passionate about blogging and sharing their learning. 
I think the Cafe is going to be an exciting place to be.
